About the Role
You will support a range of strategic and operational initiatives, including communications, technology enablement, and evaluations of offerings. You may contribute to model-release activities, coordinate blog posts and conference talks, develop stakeholder materials, and help improve cross-department information exchange.
Requirements
- Previous experience in consulting, technology, venture capital, high-growth startups, or a similar fast-paced environment, or an impressive self-built project or company
- Fluency in English
- German language skills are a plus
- Ability to work across diverse topics and deliver results
- Ability to work under uncertainty
Responsibilities
- Drive strategically important projects, including community-growth efforts and project-management framework extensions
- Develop concise, high-quality materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Co-design and implement processes that foster open information exchange across departments
- Support model-release pipeline activities
- Help coordinate blog posts and conference talks
