About the Role
Support Galaxy's highest-priority institutional accounts alongside senior leadership and business heads. Own client-facing materials, contribute to deal outcomes from engagement through close, coordinate post-meeting execution, translate complex products into clear narratives, and build expertise across digital asset offerings while using AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting, or similar roles.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision.
- Experience building excellent client-ready materials in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
- Ability to thrive under tight timelines and high standards.
- Passion for digital assets, fintech, digital infrastructure, and the evolving digital economy.
Responsibilities
- Support Galaxy's highest-priority tier-1 accounts on live institutional engagements.
- Own client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and bespoke proposals.
- Contribute directly to deal outcomes from initial engagement through close.
- Drive post-meeting execution, including notes, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Translate complex products and strategies into compelling narratives for institutional audiences.
- Build fluency across structured products, tokenization, custody, wallet infrastructure, and asset management.
- Champion thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality.
