About the Role
You will build and operate the infrastructure used by product and research teams. You will run Kubernetes and GPU clusters across cloud and on-premises environments, provision compute, networking, permissions, and data systems, and automate self-service infrastructure primarily with Python. You will lead cluster builds, migrations, and platform improvements from start to finish.
Requirements
- Run Kubernetes in production at scale
- Design, build, and migrate GCP infrastructure as an individual contributor
- Use Python for infrastructure automation
- Operate stateful systems including databases and Kafka
- Apply infrastructure-as-code, security, and permissions fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Run and scale Kubernetes and GPU clusters across cloud and on-premises environments
- Set up compute, networking, permissions, and access for other teams
- Host and operate data systems used by product teams
- Build self-service infrastructure tooling, automations, and services in Python
- Lead cluster builds and cloud migrations end to end
- Improve platform reliability, security, and cost efficiency
