About the Role

You will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform systems. You will automate infrastructure provisioning and releases, operate Kubernetes workloads, improve observability and security, support AI and LLM workloads, document operational practices, and respond to production incidents.

Requirements

  • Be based in LATAM
  • Have 4+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency with AWS services and cloud architecture
  • Use Terraform for infrastructure as code
  • Understand Kubernetes, Docker, deployments, services, ingress, RBAC, and Helm charts
  • Use TypeScript and Bash
  • Be familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
  • Understand DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Have experience provisioning infrastructure for AI agent frameworks or deploying LLMs
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain Terraform modules
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
  • Apply infrastructure security practices and manage secrets
  • Automate operational tasks with scripts and tools
  • Create and maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Improve platform reliability and application deployments with development teams
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
  • Design and provision infrastructure for scalable AI and LLM workloads
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven DevOps tools and LLM-assisted automations
