About the Role
You will define and lead the industrial equipment reliability plan across six sites. You will deploy maintenance standards and continuous-improvement practices, analyse critical failures, optimise data-collection tools and performance indicators, and support site maintenance maturity and industrial transformation projects.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent in maintenance or industry
- Confirmed experience in maintenance, methods or reliability in an industrial environment
- Industrial maintenance knowledge, including mechanical, electrical and automation systems
- Reliability-method knowledge, including FMEA, TPM, Lean and RCA
- Industrial data analysis

- Define and deploy the equipment reliability strategy
- Deploy maintenance standards, methods and best practices
- Support critical-failure analysis and problem-solving activities

- Support maintenance-organisation maturity at sites
- Contribute to industrial-transformation and investment projects
