About the Role
You will lead merchant implementation projects from discovery and technical scoping through API integration, terminal deployment, testing, configuration, troubleshooting and go-live. You will advise clients, coordinate with stakeholders, improve implementation workflows and document integration solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation API integration technical consulting or tech support
- Experience troubleshooting complex software network or hardware integration issues
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Cantonese is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead merchant implementation projects from discovery through go-live
- Design scalable API-based payment integrations
- Guide client development teams through testing and hardware configuration
