About the Role
You will manage implementations and enhancements, lead presales consultations, and serve as the primary technical contact for merchant integrations. You will design, troubleshoot, implement, and launch integrations; guide customers through development and testing; collaborate with internal stakeholders; and advise on checkout, authentication, omnichannel payments, and platform onboarding.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience integrating or providing technical consultation for Web APIs
- Ability to learn technologies and understand APIs databases and SDKs
- Experience with distributed systems database design and systems architecture
- Excellent communication skills and confidence leading meetings with decision makers
- Ability to translate business requirements and workflows into technical solutions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions collaboratively
- Growth mindset and bias toward action
Responsibilities
- Create scalable solutions for merchant integrations
- Guide merchants through e-commerce point-of-sale and platform integrations
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers Product and Engineering
- Oversee project delivery and technical integration quality
- Consult on checkout authentication omnichannel payments and platform onboarding
- Guide merchant technical teams through design development testing and launch
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
