About the Role
You will operate humanoid robots for customer use cases, test and validate their behaviors, and keep them running throughout the afternoon shift. You will identify, document, and escalate failures in Jira; follow safety and maintenance procedures; and maintain organized work areas. You will complete a two-to-three-week weekday training program.
Requirements
- Own humanoid operations and drive proper robot functioning
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Maintain sustained focus and attention
- Have experience with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Stand for 8+ hours and physically manage humanoid hardware
- Accept constructive feedback
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Work a five-day week with a mandatory weekend shift
Responsibilities
- Operate humanoid robots successfully for customer use cases
- Run robots throughout the shift and identify bugs and problems
- Track, document, and escalate issues to engineering teams using Jira
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow robot-operation and teleoperation safety procedures
- Perform proper equipment and robot bring-up, maintenance, and shutdown procedures
