About the Role
You will operate humanoid robots at a customer site in Reno, Nevada, testing and validating their behaviors and skills. You will maintain and bring up or shut down equipment, identify and document problems in Jira, relay feedback to the appropriate teams, and follow robot and teleoperation safety procedures.
Requirements
- Own humanoid operations and drive proper robot functioning
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Maintain sustained focus and attention
- Have experience with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Stand for 8+ hours and physically manage humanoid hardware
- Accept constructive feedback
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful robot operations in the field and at customer sites
- Perform proper equipment and robot bring-up, maintenance, and shutdown procedures
- Operate robots, identify bugs and problems, and relay feedback
- Track, document, and escalate issues to engineering teams using Jira
- Follow robot-operation and teleoperation safety procedures
