About the Role
You will support field operations and commercial deployments by keeping humanoid robots operational and optimized at customer or development-partner sites. You will operate and maintain robots, identify and document issues in Jira, relay feedback, and follow robot and teleoperation safety procedures. This role requires travel throughout the US, up to 75% of the time.
Requirements
- Travel throughout the US
- Own humanoid operations and drive proper robot functioning
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Maintain sustained focus and attention
- Have experience with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Stand for 8+ hours and physically manage humanoid hardware
- Accept constructive feedback
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful robot operations in the field and at customer sites
- Perform proper equipment and robot bring-up, maintenance, and shutdown procedures
- Operate robots, identify bugs and problems, and relay feedback
- Track, document, and escalate issues to engineering teams using Jira
- Follow robot-operation and teleoperation safety procedures
