About the Role
You will operate humanoid robots at customer sites, complete equipment bring-up and shutdown, identify and report bugs, document and escalate issues in Jira, and follow robot and teleoperation safety procedures.
Requirements
- Operate humanoid robots and support their proper functioning
- Communicate effectively
- Maintain sustained focus and attention
- Troubleshoot robots or mechanical systems
- Stand for 8 or more hours and physically manage humanoid hardware
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful robot operations in the field and at customer sites
- Follow robot and equipment maintenance procedures, including bring-up and shutdown
- Run robots, identify bugs and problems, and relay feedback
- Track, document, and escalate issues using Jira
- Follow safety procedures for robots and teleoperation equipment
