About the Role

You will lead the introduction, operational design, adoption, and continuous improvement of human resources systems and initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional projects with leadership, HR, business units, IT, and external partners; improve business processes and workflows; optimize HR systems such as Workday HCM; monitor implementation outcomes; analyze issues; and support internal communications and operational adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience introducing, operating, or improving human resources systems or initiatives
  • Experience driving HR projects as a project manager, PMO, or project lead
  • Experience designing business processes, operational processes, or business improvements
  • Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders, including executives and business units
  • Ability to translate systems and initiatives into operations that work in practice
  • Ability to analyze and improve issues across systems, business processes, and technology
  • Ability to structure ambiguous issues and engage stakeholders to drive progress
  • Ability to adapt flexibly in a fast-paced, changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop implementation plans and manage projects for human resources systems and initiatives
  • Coordinate projects with leadership, HR, business units, IT, and external partners
  • Design and improve business processes and operational workflows for system implementation
  • Design and optimize operations for human resources systems, processes, and systems such as Workday HCM
  • Monitor system operations, analyze issues, and drive improvement measures
  • Support internal communications and operations to embed systems and initiatives
