About the Role
You will manage recruitment and employee lifecycle activities across the UK and EU. You will support onboarding, HR administration, employee inquiries, compliance, payroll and benefits coordination, and offboarding while serving candidates and employees in a Chinese-speaking context.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition or People Operations
- Experience conducting screening interviews and managing recruitment pipelines
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work processes
- Knowledge of EU labor standards is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the full interview process
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new joiners
- Handle daily HR administration and employee records
- Coordinate basic payroll and benefits activities
- Answer employee inquiries about policies leave and workplace support
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and European labor regulations
