About the Role
You will act as a trusted business partner on all employee-related matters, working closely with managers, people leaders, HR Administration and other HR functions across Dentons Business Services and the Regions. You will bring strong commercial acumen and data-led decision making to a fast-paced, complex and evolving environment. This is a fixed term contract covering 15 months of maternity leave, operating in a hybrid model with 2 days per week required in the office.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience operating in a HR Business Partnering role within a complex or professional services environment
- Demonstrated ability to use data, HR systems, insight and reports to support business decision making
- Solid knowledge of Polish employment law, with experience managing employee relations matters
- Experience in workforce planning and competency-based recruitment
- Experience leading key people processes, including performance management, talent development, succession planning and reward frameworks
- Desirable experience in building job architectures and roles benchmarking
- Professional services experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use AI tools combined with critical thinking
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Polish and English
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of aligned People Plans with Divisional and Department Leaders that support business strategy and commercial objectives
- Work with HR Managers to deliver best HR support for all employees
- Support the HR Manager with the delivery of annual moderation, performance and salary review processes
- Carry out exit interviews and highlight issues and trends
- Propose and facilitate new HR strategies and initiatives in response to business and employee needs
- Partner with managers and leaders to support the achievement of business goals through effective people management practices
- Coordinate and support managers in key HR processes such as Annual Appraisal, Compensation Review Process and Talent Mapping
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, performance management and absences while ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
- Work closely with the Recruitment Team to identify and attract top talent and support the assessment of candidates for key roles
- Act as a single point of contact for managers and employees, addressing concerns and supporting a constructive and performance-oriented work environment
- Drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance, capability and engagement outcomes
- Identify performance accelerators and remove structural, behavioral or cultural barriers to effectiveness
