About the Role
You will partner with go-to-market leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management. You will use people data to identify risks, coach managers, support employee lifecycle decisions, and coordinate with Talent, Compensation, People Operations, RevOps, and Finance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience
- Experience supporting GTM or revenue organizations in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Business and commercial acumen
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or RevOps
- Experience in performance management, organizational design, talent planning, and leadership coaching
- Data analysis skills
- Compliance awareness
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management
- Use people data to identify performance, retention, and engagement risks and opportunities
- Coach managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness
- Support talent reviews, promotions, employee relations matters, and organizational changes
- Partner with Talent, Compensation, People Operations, RevOps, and Finance on employee lifecycle processes
