You will build and lead people operations, managing recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, benefits and compensation administration, HR systems, employee relations, performance processes, training, culture, engagement, and organizational change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or people management
- Understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and people operations
- Interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational ability

- Design and implement onboarding experiences
