About the Role

You will develop and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test environments that combine physical hardware with simulated dynamics. You will automate test frameworks, reporting, dashboards, and CI workflows; expand regression coverage; diagnose hardware and firmware issues; and lead physical pick-and-pack testing.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Robotics Engineering
• 1-3+ years of experience validating embedded systems, control software, or robotics firmware
• Python and Rust or C++ programming skills
• CI/CD experience, such as Jenkins
• Understanding of digital and analog I/O
• Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, USB, and serial communications
• Requirements traceability and defect-management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test environments for stress and fault-injection testing
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks, reporting, dashboards, and an AI analyzer
• Maintain CI jobs on hardware-in-the-loop systems
• Expand module self-tests and improve the associated data pipeline
• Own regression and smoke-test coverage
• Integrate high-speed data acquisition and bus tracing for hardware and firmware diagnostics
• Improve simulation models used on hardware-in-the-loop systems
• Lead physical pick-and-pack testing and optimize pickability, grip reliability, and placement accuracy
