About the Role
You will build backend services for identity, payments, media, notifications, and business visibility. You will own cloud environments, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and delivery pipelines while maintaining reliable systems for real-money transactions.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production backend systems at scale
- Distributed systems knowledge including APIs, queues, storage, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with payments, billing, or fintech infrastructure
- Infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP, Terraform or similar, containers, and CI/CD
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar
- Experience shipping reliable systems that move real money
Responsibilities
- Design and build auth and identity services including KYC integration
- Build payments and billing infrastructure for payouts, transactions, disputes, and reconciliation
- Own media ingestion and delivery pipelines
- Own cloud environments, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and cost management
- Ship push, SMS, and email notification systems
- Build web interfaces and dashboards for tasks, supply, and quality
