About the Role
You will define and deliver the China technology agenda, translating business priorities into secure and locally relevant digital solutions. You will lead digital, AI, data, automation, platform, and service initiatives; govern delivery, adoption, value, and risk; advise senior leaders; lead matrixed teams; and develop technology capabilities and responsible technology practices.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of progressive technology leadership experience
- Understanding of China business, technology, regulatory, cybersecurity, data, and operating-environment considerations
- Ability to influence senior leaders, shape roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and drive execution across matrixed teams
- Experience delivering digital, AI, data, automation, platform, or service initiatives
- Written and verbal communication skills for translating technical topics into business decisions
- Up to 20 percent domestic and international travel
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the China market technology agenda
- Partner with business and technology leaders to create roadmaps and delivery plans
- Drive digital, data, automation, service, and platform initiatives
- Represent China market requirements in regional and global governance
- Track delivery, adoption, value realization, risk, and service outcomes
- Advise China leadership and provide escalation support
- Establish governance and communication channels for decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress
- Define and prioritize AI-enabled product functionality with data science and engineering teams
- Lead matrixed technology teams and build market technology capabilities
