About the Role
You will define the technical vision, architecture, software stack, and operational model for cluster-scale AI compute systems. You will lead the Supercomputing organization and own system software from silicon bring-up through production releases. Your work spans orchestration, provisioning, networking, telemetry, fleet management, reliability, diagnostics, and cross-functional infrastructure decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in system software, infrastructure, or large-scale compute systems
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience building or operating cluster-scale systems
- Experience delivering complex systems from early bring-up through production
- Hardware-software debugging skills
- Leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience designing observability systems
- Experience building telemetry and log pipelines
- Understanding of PCIe, RDMA, memory hierarchies, interrupts, and device drivers
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the Supercomputing software stack
- Build, scale, and lead the Supercomputing organization
- Manage and develop team leads and senior engineers
- Drive control-plane software for bring-up, provisioning, networking, configuration, and fleet management
- Define orchestration primitives for devices, nodes, racks, and clusters
- Oversee system services interfacing with firmware, drivers, kernels, and runtimes
- Establish telemetry and observability infrastructure
- Own the system software lifecycle from silicon bring-up through production
- Integrate diagnostics and system software into factory environments
- Define reliability targets, operational metrics, and release processes
