About the Role
You will own worldwide real estate strategy and transactions. You will plan hubs, negotiate leases, manage expansions and exits, establish standards for flexible space, and recommend portfolio decisions as business needs change. You will initially focus on London and New York and travel regularly across hubs and markets.
Requirements
- End-to-end corporate real estate experience across a multi-city international portfolio
- Experience with strategy, site selection, lease negotiation, build-out, and exit
- Experience leading lease negotiations in London and New York
- Experience with expansion, contraction, termination, and sublease rights
- Experience exiting or monetizing surplus space
- Experience building flexible real estate footprints
- Knowledge of real estate budgets, cost per seat, lease accounting, and space planning
- Experience managing broker, landlord, and tenant-representation processes
Responsibilities
- Own global real estate strategy and transactions
- Set medium-term plans for each hub
- Lead lease expansions, restructurings, subleases, and exits
- Develop standards for flex space, leases, and team gatherings
- Lead London and New York hub work during the first 90 days
- Partner with Finance, Workplace Operations, Tax, Corporate Development, and founders
- Bring and adapt recommendations for portfolio decisions
