About the Role
You lead the North America payments product strategy, align cross-functional roadmaps, manage and scale Product Managers and Product Leaders, partner with strategic customers, and use AI and ML to shape high-impact payment products.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the technology industry
- At least 8 years in a senior product leadership role
- Track record of leading product organizations at scale
- Strong technical background
- Experience with technical architecture discussions
- Experience leading AI and ML-powered product initiatives
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, copilots, or ML models
- Experience in fintech or payments is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute the North America payments product strategy
- Align roadmaps with Engineering, Partnerships, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams
- Lead, mentor, and scale Product Managers and Product Leaders
- Present the product roadmap to strategic customers
- Understand customers’ payment workflows and needs
- Connect multi-year vision to a measurable product roadmap
