About the Role

You'll shape and own how Juniper retains and grows patient value through its digital experience. From onboarding through long-term engagement, you'll define the strategy and priorities across retention, lifecycle, and LTV, ensuring you build clear, trustworthy, high-performing experiences that support patients throughout their journey. Your core metrics will center on retention, engagement, and LTV. You'll lead the Product Growth team to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and deliver meaningful enhancements across the patient lifecycle, raising the bar on quality, personalization, and performance across every key touchpoint. You'll also play an important part in Juniper's ecosystem expansion, helping shape the go-to-market approach for new products, services, and patient experiences as the company evolves beyond weight management into a broader preventative healthcare platform. You'll lead the Product Growth function and report directly to the General Manager, Juniper Australia, sitting on the Juniper leadership team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience across product growth, lifecycle, retention, CRM, or experimentation in high-growth environments
  • Experience owning retention and LTV metrics at scale
  • Strong understanding of personalization and behavioral psychology
  • Sharp instinct for UX, copy, and digital customer experience
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Clear and structured communication skills
  • High standards for execution and craft

Responsibilities

  • Own Juniper's retention and lifecycle strategy by defining and leading the roadmap across onboarding, lifecycle journeys, retention initiatives, reactivation flows, and LTV expansion opportunities
  • Lead the Product Growth function by building, managing, and developing a high-performing team across lifecycle, CRM, design, copy, and product growth strategy
  • Deeply understand the patient mindset by analyzing behavioral data, speaking to patients, mapping friction and motivation, and translating insights into high-impact lifecycle and engagement initiatives
  • Build high-performing digital experiences by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to deliver intuitive, trustworthy, and engaging experiences across onboarding, retention, and ongoing patient engagement
  • Drive disciplined experimentation and prioritization by establishing testing frameworks, prioritization logic, and reporting standards
  • Support ecosystem expansion and GTM by partnering with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new products, services, and patient experiences
  • Be accountable for performance outcomes by owning retention, engagement, reactivation, and LTV metrics
