About the Role
You will own CryptoSlate's product vision and roadmap from strategy through release, working closely with engineering, design, content, SEO, and business development to decide what gets built, why it matters, when it ships, and how success is measured. You will be hands-on, writing tickets, defining acceptance criteria, reviewing flows, checking analytics, sitting in QA, and pushing releases live. You will translate business goals, competitor gaps, SEO opportunities, editorial needs, and user behavior into a clear, prioritized product backlog covering review pages, comparison experiences, ranking pages, market-data surfaces, affiliate funnels, CMS workflows, and internal tooling. You will define success metrics, ensure tracking is in place before launch, and use analytics and partner data to decide what to improve, repeat, or kill. You will also keep Notion clean and current as the team's operating system and use AI and automation to reduce manual work across research, specs, QA, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product including senior or lead ownership of a roadmap
- Direct experience in crypto fintech trading iGaming affiliate performance marketing or another compliance-sensitive commercial category
- Clear understanding of crypto users fintech products and trust issues in financial decision-making
- Proven experience turning business goals into product strategy specs tickets releases and measurable outcomes
- Delivery discipline across backlog management sprint planning QA and release management
- Commercial fluency including revenue conversion FTDs CPA and rev-share
- Clear written communication
- Notion fluency and a practical instinct for AI-assisted workflows and automation
- Strong CET overlap
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes
- Translate commercial targets into product initiatives
- Benchmark competitors and decide where to lead match simplify or ignore
- Identify product gaps across UX content operations data tracking conversion and page performance
- Own backlog grooming sprint planning and release planning
- Write clear product briefs user stories tickets and acceptance criteria
- Break large goals into small shippable releases
- Partner with engineering to clarify scope remove blockers and protect delivery focus
- Review work before release and ensure shipped features match the agreed spec
- Own QA standards for product launches including edge cases content workflows tracking and user-facing polish
- Maintain a clear single source of truth for what is being built blocked and next
- Work with the Founder and Business Development Manager on product priorities tied to revenue FTDs qualified clicks CPA and rev-share
- Partner with SEO and content teams on templates page structures and scalable publishing workflows
- Improve conversion paths across comparison tables review pages CTAs product cards and vertical hubs
- Use analytics to identify where users drop and where product changes can improve commercial output
- Reprioritize quickly when data shows a product bet is not moving the numbers
- Set success metrics for major initiatives
- Ensure tracking is in place before launch
- Review performance after release and communicate what changed
- Build a habit of iteration rather than one-off feature launches
- Keep Notion clean current and useful as the team's operating system
- Build lightweight processes for roadmap planning release notes QA product specs and stakeholder updates
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual work across research specs QA checklists and reporting
