About the Role

You will work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize the web and mobile app user journey from onboarding to payments and trading. You will own related operational metrics like KYC pass rates and payment success rates. You will work with the CEO to lead the development of new products such as margins and futures globally. You will be responsible for the global product roadmap across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will manage the overall global product, design, and product operations team, driving decision-making through quantitative results, testing, qualitative research, and customer insights, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to scale the platform while managing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience building and managing crypto, ewallet or other fintech products in SE Asia and/or greater China
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g. Design, Human-Computer Interaction)
  • Experience managing a team of PMs, Engineers or product feature teams
  • Experienced in spot trading, margin, futures products
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
  • Able to work in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
  • Curious, inquisitive and logical, able to drive logic from first principles
  • Good communication skills and can collaborate effectively with a breadth of stakeholders including engineering, lawyers, compliance people, sales reps, and executives
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
