About the Role

You will own the product vision, ideas, and production of Amanotes' core app(s), turning the music and gaming vision into hit mobile products. You will lead the end-to-end process from concept to soft launch, global launch, and live operations, with a clear impact on revenue and player engagement. You will define and communicate a clear 12–24 month product direction and roadmap for the core app(s), approved by the CEO. You will generate and validate strong product concepts, and lead at least one core app from idea to global launch. Within 12 months of soft launch, you will enable the core app(s) to generate meaningful revenue and healthy unit economics. You will build a lean, high-performing App team and production pipeline, and improve key app metrics quarter over quarter.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management or leadership for mobile apps, ideally in productivity, utility, health & fitness, or AI apps
  • Proven experience taking at least one app from concept through soft launch to global launch with clear business impact
  • Strong skills in product ideation, concept validation, and turning ideas into executable roadmaps and production plans
  • Solid understanding of mobile app metrics and monetization (retention, funnels, LTV/CAC, ARPDAU) and how they connect to P&L goals
  • Familiarity with IAP and/or subscription models, and platform best practices on iOS and Android
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and running an efficient production pipeline
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on (from defining vision to reviewing builds and features)
  • Clear, concise communication and the ability to align stakeholders around product and production priorities
  • Experience in a fast-scaling mobile gaming or music-tech company with live-service products (nice to have)
  • Direct involvement in app P&L management, including collaboration on UA budgets and revenue forecasting (nice to have)
  • Experience setting up a new product or app function from scratch (hiring, processes, tools) (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Lead ideation for Amanotes' core app(s): generate, refine, and select product concepts that align with company vision and market opportunities
  • Own the product roadmap and translate ideas into clear, prioritized initiatives and production plans
  • Run the end-to-end production process from prototype to soft launch, global launch, and live operations, coordinating Product, Engineering, Music, Data, and Marketing
  • Define soft launch goals and pass criteria; make data-driven go/no-go and pivot decisions
  • Establish simple, effective ways of working, rituals, and tools so the team can move fast while maintaining quality
  • Use player insights, data, and competitive analysis to continuously improve features, content, and overall app experience
