About the Role
You'll set the vision and strategy for Insights across Juniper and our brands, and you'll be accountable for the engagement, retention and patient-outcome metrics that flow from it. This includes shaping features that help us better understand our patients — including weight tracking, body composition tracking, progress photos, nutrition tracking, sleep and more. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Chief Commercial Officer, Principal Product Manager, clinical leadership, design, data science and engineering to shape and deliver ambitious bets. You'll see the results of your work reflected in the lives of the patients we change — replicated on a global scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across Product Management with ownership of consumer-facing high-engagement product domains, Professional Services, or other roles within a high-growth startup or founding a startup
- First-principles problem solving ability

Responsibilities
- Shape the vision for Insights that power proactive patient care and set the direction and define the bets made
- Design experiences that make a patient feel their progress and drive engagement, habit formation and long-term retention
- Own delivery end-to-end from idea to impact and ship products to patients across every market
- Own key engagement and retention metrics and connect product decisions to real health outcomes and commercial impact
- Use data and patient insight to understand what's working and what needs to change
- Partner with design and clinicians to set a high standard for quality
- Align clinicians, data, design and engineering, and partner with senior stakeholders to unblock execution
