About the Role
You will build and lead the manufacturing function, operationalize a production facility, and establish processes for repeatable production. You will partner with engineering and supply chain, manage NPI handoffs, improve manufacturability and yields, maintain manufacturing documentation, and own facility safety and EHS compliance.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and grow the manufacturing team
- Align manufacturing strategy with company goals and roadmap
- Operationalize the production facility, including site readiness, equipment, workflows, safety, and staffing
- Build and maintain a manufacturing engineering organization
- Own the NPI process from development through production
- Drive COGS reduction through DFM feedback, process optimization, and yield improvement
- Establish manufacturing processes, documentation, BOMs, drawings, part qualification, and supplier quality
- Represent the manufacturing function and own EHS compliance and safety culture
