About the Role

You will lead the internal audit function and oversee audit planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, follow-up, and remediation. You will assess enterprise risks, guide assurance and advisory engagements, manage audit resources, partner with stakeholders on findings, and develop audit leaders and team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
10+ years of accounting and/or audit experience
Experience leading complex audit engagements from planning through closure
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and internal audit methodologies
Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence change
Written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and project management skills
Drug and alcohol program participation

Responsibilities

Lead execution of the annual audit plan
Oversee risk assessment, audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up
Guide assurance and advisory engagements
Review and approve audit planning, testing, and documentation
Assess enterprise and business risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Develop action plans and drive closure of audit findings
Oversee external audit assist testing and remediation support
Provide audit and risk advisory guidance
Manage audit budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Coach, mentor, and develop audit leaders and team members
