About the Role

You will coordinate audit engagements and evidence requests, maintain audit records, and prepare auditor-facing materials. You will track remediation plans, support control-evidence reuse, manage workflow tools, and identify opportunities to reduce evidence rework.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of experience in audit coordination, technology risk, information security GRC, regulatory compliance, control assurance, or structured programme management
• Experience managing competing deadlines and sensitive information
• Understanding of audit evidence standards, control documentation, and findings management
• Working knowledge of DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or third-party risk management is beneficial
• Written professional English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate intake for new audit engagements and evidence requests
• Collect, organise, and quality-check evidence with domain and control owners
• Maintain the audit calendar, engagement register, and findings inventory
• Track audit scope, owners, requests, dependencies, and status
• Prepare evidence packs, response trackers, meeting agendas, action logs, and status reports
• Track remediation plans and closure evidence
• Escalate overdue, incomplete, and delivery-risk actions
• Administer audit workflows in GRC, ticketing, and collaboration tools
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative work
