About the Role

You will lead the insights agenda across marketing, product, commercial, and operations. You will conduct primary research, analyse behavioural and market data, develop reporting tools, evaluate performance, manage research vendors, and turn complex findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading insight strategy with senior stakeholders or leadership teams
• Analytical skills and hands-on experience with SPSS, Python, or Askia
• Experience designing and running primary research using Qualtrics
• Ability to synthesise quantitative, qualitative, and competitive data into actionable insight
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, and Operations
• Knowledge of consumer behaviour and performance across multiple markets
• Experience integrating AI into workflows or interest in learning

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer perspective in strategic planning and commercial decisions
• Own the insights roadmap
• Translate business questions into insight plans and actionable recommendations
• Define the future structure and capability of the Insights function
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative primary research programmes
• Analyse behavioural data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Develop self-service insight tools
• Monitor competitor positioning, product developments, and marketing activity
• Create strategic market-intelligence briefings
• Evaluate marketing performance and develop scalable reporting frameworks
• Manage external research vendors and platforms
• Champion insight-led decision-making
