About the Role
You will set the hardware vision, strategy, and execution roadmap. You will build, lead, and mentor electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering functions; oversee products from concept through production; and ensure designs meet performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. You will coordinate with software, product, operations, test, and supply-chain functions, represent technical matters with partners and regulators, and manage OEM integration, supply-chain, and manufacturing-ramp planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of hardware engineering experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a team
- Experience bringing hardware products to market
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality standards in hardware development
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the hardware vision, strategy, and execution roadmap
- Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary hardware organization
- Partner with software, product, operations, test, and supply-chain leaders
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through production
- Ensure designs meet performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability requirements
- Represent technical matters with partners, regulators, and industry bodies
- Manage OEM engineering relationships, integration planning, supply chain, and manufacturing ramps
