About the Role
You will own user acquisition from initial field programs through activation, referrals, creator campaigns, paid experiments, and partnerships. You will identify community connectors, recruit ambassadors, and create a repeatable playbook for launching active circles in new cities. You will improve the invite experience with product stakeholders, track acceptance and activation, and use performance data to guide decisions. You will run Meta and Instagram tests within strict cost limits, stop channels that underperform, and publish a weekly scorecard showing where users came from and what it cost to activate them. You will select and direct local creators, establish partnerships with organizations that have active audiences, and measure whether those efforts produce participation. You will set targets for field execution and evaluate results without managing the operator’s day-to-day contact list. You will also direct the brand system, write and enforce the voice guide, oversee public communications, and maintain consistent messaging across the product, website, notifications, creator materials, advertising, partners, and funders. You will brief designers and agencies while remaining accountable for the quality and consistency of the final work.
