About the Role
You will own facility strategy and execution across offices, manufacturing environments, test sites, and government-program facilities. You will lead site selection, buildouts, permitting, security compliance, vendor coordination, budgets, schedules, and infrastructure problem resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in facilities, construction, industrial infrastructure, facilities engineering, manufacturing operations, or a related field
- Experience owning significant facility projects in technically demanding environments
- Understanding of industrial building infrastructure, including electrical power, HVAC, utilities, permitting, inspections, and construction
- Experience navigating permits and regulations for complex facilities
- Experience with explosives, energetic materials, hazardous materials, or similarly regulated operations
- Experience with U.S. government security requirements and cleared work environments
- U.S. citizenship
- Current U.S. work authorization
Responsibilities
- Own facility strategy and execution across offices, manufacturing environments, and test sites
- Translate operational needs into infrastructure decisions
- Lead site selection, due diligence, buildouts, permitting, inspections, construction, and commissioning
- Manage regulatory, permitting, safety, environmental, and security requirements
- Define scope, manage budgets and schedules, and negotiate with vendors and contractors
- Inspect sites, drawings, bids, and construction and drive issues to closure
