About the Role
You will lead technical execution for the core platform while contributing directly to engineering work. You will turn research into scalable product tools, oversee interpretability, training, and inference infrastructure, recruit and retain machine learning engineers, drive platform adoption, work with customers, and collaborate with go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Experience building and scaling engineering teams at high-growth startups or frontier AI labs
- Experience recruiting machine learning engineers from top AI organizations
- Expertise in machine learning infrastructure, distributed systems, and large-scale model training
- Proficiency with PyTorch or JAX, machine learning tooling, and inference engines
- Network within the AI and machine learning research and engineering community
- Knowledge of AI safety and interpretability
- Experience shipping machine learning products to enterprise or research customers
- Familiarity with alignment research
