About the Role
Work directly with the CEO to drive engineering efforts and create a long-term technical vision. Own the Fountain Platform and lead end-to-end development across frontend, backend, and smart contract layers. Engage with customers, establish engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and hire and evolve the team.
Requirements
- Engineering leadership experience
- Strong coding ability and code quality practices
- Technical design and architecture skills
- Full-stack development experience with TypeScript, React, or GraphQL
- Web3 and blockchain experience
- Experience with smart contracts using Solidity and Hardhat
- Customer-focused product development
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Startup experience and ability to deliver from zero to one
Responsibilities
