About the Role
You will work directly with the CEO to drive engineering efforts and create a long-term technical vision. You will own the product platform and drive end-to-end development, designing, building, and launching features while owning iterations and follow-ups. You will write production-quality code across frontend, backend, and smart contract layers (React, TypeScript, Solidity, Hardhat), solve challenging technical problems, and engage directly with customers to iterate on the user experience. You will set engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and hire and grow the team as the organization scales.
Requirements
- Engineering leadership experience
- Strong coding ability and code quality practices
- Technical design and architecture skills
- Full-stack development experience (TypeScript, React, GraphQL)
- Web3 and blockchain experience
- Experience with smart contracts (Solidity, Hardhat)
- Customer-focused product development
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Startup experience and ability to deliver from zero to one
