About the Role
You will define and drive the architectural direction for Commercial Services offerings, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and compliant. You will lead the design and development of credit products, oversee third-party integrations, and work with Product, Compliance, and Business stakeholders. You will provide hands-on technical guidance, champion engineering best practices, mentor Engineering Managers and engineers, and shape the technical strategy for global expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience
- At least 3 years in senior engineering leadership roles
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems
- Ability to use AI tools and LLMs to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery velocity
- Experience building scalable, resilient, fault-tolerant systems
- Technical depth in at least one technology stack
- Track record of delivering complex systems and third-party integrations
- Ability to translate business goals into a technical roadmap
- Mentoring skills and experience building high-performing engineering teams
