About the Role

You will own commercial performance, strategy execution, and P&L for the Emerging Markets portfolio. You will define growth plans, shape market-specific capabilities, establish scalable operational infrastructure, expand acquisition channels, lead market launches, and influence regional and global stakeholders with competitive insights.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading commercial growth, distribution, and market expansion across Asia
• P&L ownership and a record of revenue growth and market-entry execution
• Knowledge of introducing broker, affiliate, and partner ecosystems
• Understanding of payments, client funding behaviours, and Emerging Markets dynamics
• Experience in regulated financial services
• Stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, growth, and profitability across the Emerging Markets portfolio
• Define and deliver commercial plans
• Shape market-specific product capabilities
• Establish scalable infrastructure, licensing frameworks, payment solutions, and operational processes
• Develop client acquisition strategies through broker networks, partnerships, marketing, events, social channels, and influencer programmes
• Lead commercial execution of new market launches
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide competitive insights
