About the Role
You will develop and implement end-to-end communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. You will craft and maintain a clear corporate narrative and produce executive-level materials such as speeches, memos, talking points, and thought leadership pieces. You will lead thought leadership initiatives, manage crisis communication plans, align messaging across departments, tailor content for different stakeholder groups, and measure communication effectiveness to improve approaches based on feedback and metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years professional experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, or related fields
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Bachelor degree (BSc)
- Preferably degree in communications, public relations, or legal
- Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as investors and regulators
- Proven experience managing crisis communications
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain a strong corporate narrative reflecting vision and business direction
- Support executive communication by writing speeches, memos, talking points, and thought leadership pieces
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including articles, speaking opportunities, whitepapers, and conferences
- Manage crisis communication plans and ensure clear, timely messaging during sensitive situations
- Align messaging and information flow across departments to support transparency and collaboration
- Tailor messaging and content for different stakeholder groups including partners, regulators, and community programs
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, HR, Legal, and Product to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging
- Establish and maintain communication standards including tone, voice, branding, and templates
- Measure communication effectiveness, track stakeholder engagement, and monitor public reputation
- Continuously improve communication approaches based on feedback, metrics, and business needs
