About the Role
You will lead computer vision and machine learning engineers, oversee model and data architecture, and develop robust training, regression, and serving pipelines. You will guide model deployment and troubleshooting in robotics systems while mentoring developers and following research in segmentation.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years leading Computer Vision or Machine Learning engineering teams
- 5+ years building ML datasets, data pipelines, and serving architecture
- Knowledge of Modern C++ and Python
- Experience developing production code
- Experience with RGBD datasets and point clouds
- Experience architecting models, training pipelines, and serving infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead computer vision and machine learning engineers
- Oversee model architecture and development
- Build training, regression, and serving pipelines at scale
- Gather and augment data and create balanced training, validation, and regression sets
- Evaluate and optimize model quality
- Deploy and troubleshoot models in robotics systems
- Implement semantic and instance segmentation models
- Mentor developers
