About the Role
You will build ETL pipelines for farm image data and develop infrastructure for model training, evaluation, deployment, and inference. You will implement active sampling, integrate ML into robotics systems, translate crop knowledge into ML features, and support the software stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production-grade data pipelines and machine-learning infrastructure
- Python
- TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Pandas, SQL, Apache Airflow, or Spark
- AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Experience with large real-world training datasets
- MLOps and data engineering experience
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines for large image datasets
- Apply computer-vision model and architecture advancements
- Develop, deploy, and monitor infrastructure for model training, evaluation, and inference
- Design and implement active-sampling infrastructure
- Integrate machine-learning solutions into production robotics systems
- Translate crop biology and domain knowledge into machine-learning features
- Support different parts of the software stack
