About the Role
You will create and execute bring-up and validation plans for new hardware platforms. You will validate multi-phase SMPS and power delivery networks, analyse power integrity, investigate failures, assess voltage rails and thermal performance, produce debug reports, and drive corrective actions across hardware and firmware.
Requirements
- Hands-on hardware validation and debugging experience
- Board bring-up and subsystem debugging
- Experience validating multi-phase SMPS and power delivery networks
- Ability to debug PCB, power, signal integrity, and interface issues
- Knowledge of voltage rail validation, sequencing, transient response, load regulation, ripple, noise, and thermal behaviour
- Experience using high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analysers, electronic loads, and power analysers
- Ability to work independently and drive issue resolution across hardware and firmware teams
- Legal right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Create and execute bring-up and validation plans for new hardware platforms

- Validate voltage rails, sequencing, transient response, load regulation, ripple, noise, efficiency, and thermal performance
- Debug PCB, power, signal integrity, and interface issues through to root cause
- Drive root-cause analysis and issue resolution across hardware and firmware
- Produce clear debug reports
