About the Role
You will lead hands-on system validation in the lab and validate silicon platforms before product deployment. You will perform platform bring-up, debug PCIe, Ethernet, and SerDes issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and work across architecture, silicon, hardware, and firmware disciplines to improve product quality, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience validating and debugging complex hardware systems
- PCIe Root Complex bring-up, debugging, and protocol analysis
- Experience debugging Ethernet SerDes systems and high-speed interfaces
- Experience using oscilloscopes, BERT systems, VNA/TDR equipment, and protocol analysers
- Root-cause analysis across signal integrity and subsystem issues
- Ability to work independently and drive technical issues across multiple teams
