About the Role
You will develop and maintain Salesforce code, diagnose revenue-system issues, and build integrations across the GTM stack. You will design AI-powered automations, contribute to platform architecture, translate business requirements into tested solutions, and support code review, releases, and applicable SOX and ITGC controls.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP, platform events, and middleware
- Experience with CPQ and quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash data flows
- Experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, or LLM-backed automations
- Debugging and systems-thinking skills
- Experience with MuleSoft, Tray.io, Workato, or similar integration platforms
- Knowledge of API design, Git, CI/CD, testing, and code review
- Cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Investigate and resolve issues in revenue-critical Salesforce services
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM platforms
- Prototype and productionize AI-assisted workflows and automations
- Contribute to Salesforce data model, sharing model, integration, and CI/CD architecture
- Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
- Write documented and testable code and participate in code review and release management
- Support applicable SOX and ITGC controls
