About the Role
You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for referral and incentive programs. You will identify and test opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and user growth. You will analyze user behavior and funnel performance, optimize growth experiments, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- 2+ years of dedicated Growth Product Management experience
- Experience at a US-regulated consumer-focused fintech or trading company
- Demonstrated success driving meaningful growth outcomes at a high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make product decisions
- Experience running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
