About the Role
You will help execute early-career hiring, source exceptional students, and coordinate targeted outreach. You will plan student events, build university relationships, create recruiting campaigns and content, track engagement and conversion, and improve recruiting programs.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, events, marketing, or community building
- Communication skills
- Project management skills
- Willingness to travel for events
Responsibilities
- Execute internship and new-graduate hiring strategy
- Identify students through universities, technical communities, and unconventional channels
- Partner on targeted candidate outreach
- Plan private events for high-potential students
- Build relationships with university clubs, professors, and student leaders
- Manage guest lists, invitations, venues, logistics, and follow-up
- Develop student recruiting campaigns and content
- Source candidates through events, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
- Track event engagement and recruiting conversion
- Improve recruiting programs
