About the Role
You will own website user journeys, maintain and improve pages, and build new digital experiences. You will publish content in WordPress, coordinate web partners, monitor user behavior, and improve navigation, accessibility, SEO, conversion paths, and performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in web experience, digital experience, web production, UX/content strategy, or a related field
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, design systems, or front-end development workflows
- Project management skills
- Experience with AI-enabled design, content, prototyping, development, or workflow tools
- Experience managing and publishing content in WordPress or a comparable CMS
- UX judgment for structuring digital journeys
- Experience building and improving website pages with designers, developers, agencies, and stakeholders
- Understanding of web content best practices, SEO, accessibility, and conversion optimization
- Writing, editing, and content organization skills
Responsibilities
- Own website UX and content journeys for key audiences
- Maintain, update, and improve website pages
- Build new web pages and digital experiences
- Translate campaign, product, recruiting, and communications goals into web experiences
- Create, edit, QA, and publish content in WordPress
- Develop web content and page structures with stakeholders
- Improve navigation, page flow, content hierarchy, conversion paths, and engagement
- Use AI-enabled workflows for ideation, prototyping, production, and content refinement
- Coordinate web design, development, maintenance, SEO, analytics, and technical improvements
- Monitor web performance and user behavior
- Ensure updates meet brand, quality, accessibility, and performance standards
