About the Role
You will run acquisition experiments across SEO, content, social, paid, and emerging channels. You will analyze funnel performance, optimize conversion, build affiliate and creator programs, and partner on product improvements that drive scalable growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience focused on user acquisition
- Analytical skills and the ability to make decisions from data
- Hands-on experience scaling SEO, content, and social media
- Experience building growth initiatives from scratch
Responsibilities
- Experiment across SEO, content marketing, social media, and emerging acquisition channels
- Analyze funnel data and user insights, design experiments, and measure impact
- Manage paid performance marketing, creative testing, audience development, and ROI optimization
- Build and scale an affiliate and creator program
- Optimize site-to-signup conversion and user activation
- Identify and prioritize growth improvements with product, engineering, and design
