About the Role
You will support growth and brand awareness by helping design and run targeted marketing campaigns, performing market research, optimizing content for SEO, and managing online ads. You will analyze campaign data, report on key metrics, explore growth-hacking ideas, and help identify new opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms
- Proactive and eager to propose and test new ideas
- Strong interest in sustainability and technology
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and improve
Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to gather insights and identify trends
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic
- Analyze marketing data and suggest improvements
- Set up and manage online ads including Google Ads and social media ads
- Explore and implement growth hacking techniques
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and KPIs
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
